We want you to love your handcrafted beaded moccasins. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for ready-made (non-custom) beaded moccasins. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Please note that custom-made and personalized beaded moccasins are crafted specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
